Senior Talent Operations Analyst

What you'll do

• Manage configurations and upgrades for recruiting platforms like Greenhouse and Workday.
• Streamline and automate end-to-end hiring processes, troubleshooting complex integrations.
• Investigate and resolve system breaks and integration errors in TA systems.
• Build technical data flows and validate automated dashboards to ensure data integrity.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and training materials for TA enablement.

What we're looking for

• Extensive hands-on experience with enterprise-level recruiting platforms like Greenhouse and Workday.
• Proficiency in process mapping, data analytics, and validating automated dashboards or reporting suites.
• Strong technical skills in backend workflows, API architecture, and system integration logic.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience managing cross-border data systems or maintaining technology compliance (e.g., GDPR).
• Relevant certifications in Workday, Greenhouse, or professional HR technology systems preferred.
