What you'll do

Supports systems onboarding and backend administration for S2P and A2R ecosystems.
Coordinates issue resolution between business teams and IT, performing root cause analysis.
Monitors system stability, performs cleanup activities, and supports SAP updates.
Facilitates testing coordination, including System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Supports Lean and automation projects to improve process efficiency and reduce manual effort.
Develops or supports process standards and guidelines for continuous improvement.

What we're looking for

3+ years of experience managing Source to Pay (S2P) and/or Order to Cash (O2C) value streams in SAP S/4.
3+ years leading source-to-pay processes, including Procure to Pay or Accounts Payable systems.
Systems administration experience with access validation, license management, file updates, documentation, and compliance support.
IT troubleshooting skills for issue triage, escalation, root cause analysis, system monitoring, cleanup, and SAP updates coordination.
Experience in functional testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and debugging.
