  • Define and evaluate robotic system architectures including sensing, actuation, and controls.
  • Guide multidisciplinary teams through prototyping, validation, and deployment phases.
  • Drive technical planning and strategy for next-generation robotic platforms.
  • Integrate hardware and software solutions to advance perception and control systems.
  • Develop complex mechatronic products from initial concept through production.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Robotics, Physics, or a related field.
  • Advanced degree in Engineering, Robotics, or a related field is preferred.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience developing complex mechatronic or robotic systems.
  • Experience with sensing, actuation, controls, and system integration.
  • Experience with a wide range of mechatronics prototyping tools and technologies.
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary technical projects and teams.
  • Experience bringing complex hardware-software systems from prototype to production.
  • Experience with tactile sensing, haptics, and actuation technologies in robotic systems.
