Senior Support Engineer, Product Data Quality & Resolution

What you'll do

• Investigate and resolve complex product-data issues that prevent hardware from being onboarded into data centers.
• Perform technical triage and root cause analysis using SQL queries to examine raw database records.
• Monitor daily manufacturing data feeds to identify data-quality issues and operational exceptions.
• Interpret XML and JSON data to identify missing, incorrect, or improperly formatted product information.
• Utilize REST services and Python to retrieve, validate, and transform product data for technical investigations.
• Recommend and track systemic improvements to address underlying process issues and minimize future recurrence.
• Produce clear investigation reports, technical documentation, and operational knowledge articles.
• Coordinate technical investigations with global manufacturing partners and cross-functional engineering teams.

What we're looking for

• Applicants must have 3 to 5+ years of experience.
• Applicants must be able to read, write, and speak English.
• Experience writing SQL queries for technical investigation and data analysis is required.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis and reporting are required.
• Ability to read and interpret XML and JSON data is required.
• Experience working with REST APIs and related data sources is required.
• Basic Python programming skills for data analysis and automation are required.
• Familiarity with server and rack-level hardware, configuration, and topology is required.
