TL;DR · Senior Supply Chain Program Manager

Senior Supply Chain Program Manager The Senior Supply Chain Program Manager joins the Infrastructure Engineering team to manage the critical bridge between global manufacturing partners and procurement teams. In this senior individual contributor role, you will own the integrated supply-planning interface connecting capacity demand, L10 hardware supply, and L11 rack integration. You will be responsible for coordinating the transition of servers and network equipment into fully integrated data center racks while managing material readiness, production schedules, and supplier relationships. Key responsibilities include tracking CapEx commitments, mitigating global supply risks like tariffs and logistics hurdles, and overseeing new product introductions. You will utilize Oracle ERP systems to optimize workflows and provide executive-level reporting on project progress. The role requires expertise in manufacturing operations, supply modeling, risk assessment, and coordinating complex programs across engineering, finance, and procurement functions for large-scale network infrastructure.

What you'll do

  • Connect capacity requirements with L10 hardware availability and L11 rack manufacturing schedules to maintain scalable supply plans.
  • Oversee weekly supply allocation reporting, shortage reviews, and material-readiness assessments for upcoming rack integration builds.
  • Identify supply constraints and present actionable trade-off options regarding direct shipping versus complete rack integration.
  • Convert long-term capacity forecasts into actionable operational requirements for global manufacturing partners.
  • Track CapEx commitments against deployment plans to provide leadership with visibility into utilization and delivery risks.
  • Manage supplier relationships through regular business reviews covering capacity, cost, quality, and performance metrics.
  • Evaluate and recommend new manufacturing sites and suppliers to improve geographic resiliency and technical standards.
  • Mitigate global supply risks including logistics hurdles, tariffs, and regional concentration of hardware components.

What we're looking for

  • Broad professional experience in global supply chain management, production planning, manufacturing operations, or a related field.
  • Proven track record coordinating supply and production programs across multi-site manufacturing environments and international regions.
  • Demonstrated skill in connecting demand forecasts, material readiness, supplier capacity, and manufacturing schedules.
  • Experience independently leading complex, cross-functional programs across engineering, procurement, finance, and external vendors.
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in supply modeling, risk assessment, and operational reporting.
  • Demonstrated capability to manage supplier performance and lead business reviews at both operational and executive levels.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting strategic options and risks to leadership.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across global time zones.
  • Experience with contract manufacturing (CM), original design manufacturers (ODM), or systems integrators for data center, server, or network hardware (preferred).
  • Experience managing, optimizing, or stabilizing supply chain processes within an enterprise ERP platform, preferably Oracle (preferred).
  • Experience evaluating manufacturing partners, leading supplier assessments, or managing RFP processes (preferred).
  • Background in supporting commercial negotiations, procurement agreements, and supplier capacity commitments (preferred).
  • Familiarity with hardware new product introduction (NPI) and manufacturing transition processes (preferred).
  • Knowledge of global supply risk management, including tariff mitigation, logistics planning, and regional diversification (preferred).
  • Experience using performance scorecards and operational metrics to drive supplier accountability (preferred).
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for supplier site visits and operational reviews (preferred).
  • Authorization to receive software or technology controlled under U.S. export control laws.
