What you'll do

Drive supplier quality development processes through design reviews and testing for cable and wire harness products.
Develop functional test processes at suppliers for unique cables and wire harnesses in collaboration with engineering teams.
Analyze key characteristics, develop measurement systems, and conduct supplier qualification activities to ensure quality readiness.
Partner with Supply Chain to manage supplier performance regarding cost, quality, delivery, and fulfillment of strategic goals.
Resolve fitment issues by collaborating across development, product quality, category management, and program management teams.

What we're looking for

7-10 years of experience in Supplier Quality Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering in Wire Harness production.
Minimum 3 years of experience performing source inspection in wire harness manufacturing suppliers.
Experience implementing Control Plans and conducting First Article Inspection to AS9102 Industry Standard.
Active or former IPC 620 Certification required.
Ability to travel up to 50% of the time for supplier visits and manufacturing locations.
