What you'll do

  • Serve as the senior subcontracting advisor for high-visibility pursuits, providing expert guidance on sourcing strategies and risk mitigation.
  • Lead development of advanced subcontracting strategies for large captures, including multi-tier subcontracting and innovative pricing models.
  • Conduct market research and competitive assessments to influence capture shaping and teaming decisions with industry partners.
  • Oversee all subcontract-related inputs for major proposals, ensuring compliance with FAR/DFARS and alignment with business objectives.
  • Direct negotiation strategy and lead high-visibility engagements with subcontractors, including data call execution and NDA negotiations.
  • Identify and elevate subcontracting risks across the capture lifecycle, partnering with Contracts, Legal, Pricing, and Technical teams.
  • Prepare and deliver briefings on subcontract strategy, partner positioning, pricing insights, risk posture, and recommendations to senior leadership.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in business, contracts, supply chain, government acquisition, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of federal subcontracting, procurement, or proposal development experience
  • Strong familiarity with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) environments
  • Experience developing RFXs and analyzing subcontractor proposals
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and source-to-pay systems
  • Ability to identify risks and communicate effectively with leadership
  • Must be a U.S. Person and comfortable working onsite 3 days per week
