What you'll do

Define and execute on long-term ML technical vision for Trust organization.
Mentor other engineers on complex architectural and modeling challenges.
Drive large-scale ML initiatives spanning multiple teams and influencing roadmaps.
Develop cutting-edge Machine Learning models using large structured and unstructured data.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to identify opportunities for business impact.
Hands-on development, productionization, and operation of ML models at scale.
Tackle evolving fraud attacks by working closely with trust defense and platform teams.

What we're looking for

12+ years of industry experience in applied Machine Learning.
Proficiency and proven experience with LLMs and Agentic AI technologies.
Strong programming skills in Scala, Python, Java/C++ or equivalent languages.
Deep understanding of ML best practices, algorithms, and domains like genAI, NLP, CV.
Experience building end-to-end ML infrastructure and productionizing models at scale.
Familiarity with test-driven development, A/B testing, and incremental deployment methods.
Exposure to architectural patterns in large-scale software applications.
