Senior Staff Machine Learning Engineer, Growth Platform Engineering

What you'll do

• Develop agentic AI capabilities to autonomously generate personalized marketing content like emails, push notifications, and ad copy.
• Build ML models and pipelines to determine optimal audience targeting, messaging, and timing for customer communications.
• Design AI agents that identify new marketing opportunities and convert them into executable campaigns using proprietary data.
• Develop, productionize, and operate machine learning models at scale for both batch and real-time use cases.
• Build resilient, high-scale infrastructure to support automated decisioning and personalized user experiences.
• Mentor other engineers to integrate ML and AI capabilities as a core discipline across the engineering organization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to translate business requirements into technical specifications for machine learning products.

What we're looking for

• Must have 12+ years of industry experience in applied ML/AI.
• Must possess a Master's degree or PhD in relevant fields.
• Strong programming skills in Scala, Python, Java, C++, or equivalent languages.
• Deep understanding of ML/AI best practices, algorithms, and domains like NLP, computer vision, and recommendation systems.
• Experience with technologies including TensorFlow, PyTorch, Kubernetes, Airflow, and Kafka.
• Expertise in architectural patterns for large, high-scale software applications and data pipelines.
• Preferred experience with agentic solutions, automation frameworks, and the full AI product development lifecycle.
• Preferred experience building robust testing frameworks for agent behavior validation and ML infrastructure.
