Senior Specialist, Systems Engineering

What you'll do

• Translate customer capability needs into system requirements and manage allocation and traceability across the lifecycle.
• Maintain and control technical baselines through consistent development and management of system documentation.
• Develop and maintain system architecture models using tools such as Cameo or MagicDraw.
• Create, update, and manage interface documentation, including ICDs and IDDs.
• Perform systems engineering tasks related to obsolescence, including trade studies and lifecycle impact assessments.
• Generate and update Air Force Technical Orders and support integration activities.
• Apply knowledge of RF systems, components, and test capabilities to support system design and verification.

What we're looking for

• Must possess and be able to maintain an active Top Secret Security Clearance.
• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 6 years of prior relevant experience.
• Master’s Degree in a relevant field and 4 years of related experience.
• Minimum of 10 years of prior related experience in lieu of a degree.
• 2+ years of experience working directly with requirements in either development or sustainment of a DOD system.
• 1+ years of experience with Atlassian tool suite (Jira, Confluence, etc.).
• Direct experience with Electronic Warfare weapon systems and their operation (preferred).
