What you'll do

Establish and execute reliability, availability, and maintainability (RAM) programs, procedures, and databases for airborne systems.
Lead FMEAs and FMECAs meetings to capture and mitigate real-world failures within the system design.
Calculate reliability metrics including MTBF, MTTR, and BIT Fault Detection Rates to support testability analysis.
Implement Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) and Predictive Maintenance (PdM) processes to improve long-term system sustainability.
Oversee scheduled and corrective maintenance procedures, spare parts lists, and test equipment through FRACAS trends.
Mitigate component obsolescence issues via DMSMS in collaboration with design engineers for new product efforts.
Create data-driven presentations to brief technical decisions and recommendations to internal stakeholders and external customers.
Participate in safety analyses involving Human Machine Interface (HMI) and Human Factors design principles.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or similar with 6 years of relevant experience.
Graduate Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or similar with 4 years of related experience.
Minimum of 10 years of prior related experience in lieu of a degree.
Ability to obtain and maintain a secret clearance.
Ability to obtain a flight physical.
Proficiency in advanced Excel methods (data structures, pivot tables, manipulation, transformation, and visualization) (preferred).
Experience in data mining using tools such as SQL, PowerBI, Tableau, or Alteryx (preferred).
U.S. citizens.
