The role requires expertise in radar theory, INCOSE requirements writing, and the System Development Life Cycle.

What you'll do

Author and maintain Interface Control Documents (ICD) to ensure accurate, versioned, and traceable interface definitions.
Manage Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) models to keep requirements and architectural designs consistent and audit-ready.
Represent Systems Engineering at technical boards including the ERB, CCB, and DRB to manage change impact analysis.
Write and maintain system requirements following INCOSE guidelines for quality, traceability, and verification.
Perform Functional and Physical Configuration Audits (FCA/PCA) to align documentation with delivered baselines.
Participate in SAFe Agile Release Train activities including PI Planning and backlog refinement.
Develop and maintain DoD systems engineering artifacts such as SEP, SEMP, TEMP, CMP, and DMP.
Coordinate with government customers and subcontractors to resolve interface issues and support system integration.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree and 6 years of experience, a graduate degree and 4 years of experience, or 10 years of experience without a degree.
Active US Secret security clearance.
Knowledge of radar theory, functionality, and operations.
Experience authoring and maintaining Interface Control Documents (ICDs) on DoD or government programs (preferred).
Hands-on MBSE modeling experience using Cameo Systems Modeler, SysML v1/v2, or equivalent tools (preferred).
Experience supporting or chairing configuration and technical governance boards such as ERB, CCB, and DRB (preferred).
Working knowledge of DoD Systems Engineering Technical Review process, System Development Life Cycle, and DoD 5000 series guidance (preferred).
U.S. citizens.
