What you'll do

  • Perform CCA design for mixed-signal technology circuits including A/D, D/A, processors, and programmable logic.
  • Generate schematics, functional diagrams, and electrical wiring diagrams for digital, power, analog, and mixed-signal designs.
  • Design circuits using Xilinx FPGAs, TI DSP processors, microcontrollers, and various volatile/non-volatile memory types.
  • Develop high-speed memory interfaces and utilize board technologies such as HDI, Meg6, and back drilling.
  • Execute the full digital CCA design process from requirements generation and preliminary design to integration and testing.
  • Use schematic software suites for constraint-driven layout, simulation, and timing analysis.
  • Perform hardware debugging using signal generators, logic analyzers, and digital oscilloscopes.
  • Manage project cost and schedule milestones while participating in key customer reviews.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 6 years of prior relevant experience.
  • Graduate degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience.
  • A minimum of 10 years of prior related experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Experience with high-speed memory and network interfaces and protocols (preferred).
  • TS/SCI with CI Polygraph (preferred).
  • Ability to lead a design team and work in a team environment (preferred).
  • Knowledge of high-complexity digital design techniques and hardware debugging skills (preferred).
  • Security clearance.
