What we're looking for

6+ years of sourcing or research-focused recruiting experience, ideally at a high-growth tech company or fintech.
Proven track record sourcing top talent across technical and GTM roles with an emphasis on passive candidate engagement.
Real AI fluency in using agentic sourcing tools for live searches and automated workflows.
Expert-level command of LinkedIn Recruiter, including advanced Boolean, InMail strategy, and pipeline tracking.
Hands-on experience with Gem and integration with ATS platforms like Greenhouse or Ashby.
Experience conducting market research to inform sourcing strategy and talent mapping.
Experience sourcing GTM roles (preferred).
Background building sourcing programs or channel strategies from scratch (preferred).
