What you'll do

Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers building solutions with Generative AI and Large Language Models.
Partner with Cloud Partners to implement and operate NVIDIA hardware and software solutions.
Identify and secure business opportunities for NVIDIA products in collaboration with Sales Account Managers.
Provide primary technical support during the development and production of extensive GPU cloud infrastructure.
Conduct technical meetings, workshops, and debugging sessions to discuss product features and new technologies.
Build proofs-of-concept (PoCs) to address critical customer needs by developing networking and compute infrastructure.
Analyze and develop joint solutions to resolve customer performance and scaling issues.

What we're looking for

BS/MS/PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or a related engineering field or equivalent experience.
8+ years of Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Cloud Engineering experience working with partners and customers.
Experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and GPU technologies.
Experience crafting and deploying large-scale cluster environments.
Practical expertise in data center design, development, and execution for AI and HPC.
Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly through documents and presentations.
Familiarity with NVIDIA hardware, networking components, and systems technology like NCCL or DCGM.
Experience with cluster administration and coordination using tools such as SLURM or K8s.
