What you'll do

Design and deploy agentic LLM applications for telco network operations using RAG pipelines and multi-agent coordination patterns.
Evaluate and apply model fine-tuning techniques for telecom-specific data like telemetry, logs, and time-series streams.
Guide strategic partners in building enterprise AI solutions on the NVIDIA accelerated computing stack and microservices.
Provide technical guidance to developers regarding integration challenges with NVIDIA AI platforms and SDKs.
Create reference architectures for Agentic AI in telecommunications by documenting design trade-offs and standard practices.
Design high-performance ETL pipelines for real-time ingestion of high-volume telemetry using NVIDIA Data Acceleration SDKs.
Translate customer needs into technical requirements to accelerate the adoption of generative AI technologies.

What we're looking for

Hold an MSc or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field with equivalent experience.
Have 6+ years of experience developing and deploying AI/ML systems at scale.
Possess hands-on experience building enterprise RAG systems using open-source models and orchestration frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex.
Demonstrate proficiency in Python and a solid understanding of C++.
Experience with PyTorch or a comparable deep learning framework is required.
Have familiarity with Telco network data including telemetry, logs, SNMP, NetFlow/IPFIX, and time-series streams.
Possess experience across SQL, NoSQL, Elasticsearch, Apache Spark, and Pandas.
Possess the communication skills to discuss technical trade-offs with engineers and outcomes with business partners.
