Senior Solutions Architect, Engagement Manager

The Senior Solutions Architect, Engagement Manager - NVIS joins the NVIDIA Infrastructure Services team to guide complex customer-facing engagements from early planning through bring-up and long-term support readiness. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, including Sales, Solution Architecture, and Operations, to ensure a unified experience for customers. Key responsibilities include managing project progress, creating executive updates with RAG views, resolving P0/P1 blockers, and aligning scope with commercial commitments. The ideal candidate possesses technical depth in data center systems, AI platforms, networking, compute, storage, or cloud-scale programs. Required skills include experience with large-scale infrastructure, enterprise cloud programs, and risk management. Preferred expertise includes GPU clusters, HPC deployment lifecycles, liquid cooling commissioning, and familiarity with tools like SFDC, Wrike, SAP, and Microsoft 365 to solve complex technical delivery challenges in high-pressure environments.
