Senior Project Delivery Manager

What you'll do

• Manage the entire project lifecycle from initial aspiration through to final production.
• Analyze high and low-level technical architectures to facilitate decisions on appropriate solutions.
• Develop and present comprehensive technical solutions to customers.
• Lead complex installations and escalate observed problems to the correct operational partners.
• Communicate project changes and release notices to customers and internal teams.
• Document technical and operational procedures clearly and concisely.
• Manage data center, server, and network equipment projects in a global environment.

What we're looking for

• BS/MS degree in Engineering or Computer Science (or equivalent experience).
• 7+ years of experience in project delivery management.
• Minimum five years of experience providing field services and customer support for hardware and software products.
• In-depth knowledge of data center environments, servers, and network equipment.
• Experience leading global projects.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills to work with customers and diverse teams.
• Experience with AI and GPU infrastructure deployment (preferred).
• PMP Certification or experience with HPC Clustering or Data-Center technologies (preferred).
