What you'll do

Oversee end-to-end planning and delivery of first-time hardware deployments for AI infrastructure.
Translate NVIDIA reference designs into standardized, globally repeatable deployment blueprints.
Manage physical infrastructure including power distribution, cooling systems, telemetry, and control systems.
Review and appraise customer build plans to ensure compliance with technical standards and regulations.
Conduct pre-deployment audits and commissioning tests to validate the reliability of infrastructure components.
Implement quality assurance processes to ensure deployments meet performance benchmarks and specifications.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to automate tasks and optimize infrastructure operations.
Serve as a subject matter expert for infrastructure inquiries and urgent issues from customers and partners.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or a related field.
Advanced degree, similar experience, or relevant certifications (preferred).
Minimum of 6+ years of experience working in data centers or a similar field.
Proven knowledge of mechanical/electrical systems in infrastructure engineering or management roles.
Technical expertise in power delivery, liquid cooling, rack/server chassis, and cabling.
Ability to travel up to 40%.
Experience in deploying hyperscale data centers, managing operational procedures, and ensuring safety protocols (preferred).
Sound technical foundation in mechanical and/or electrical systems (preferred).
