Senior Solution Architect

What you'll do

• Gather and ratify business requirements while managing risks, constraints, and technical trade-offs.
• Develop costed solution architectures based on reference designs that balance innovation with technical credibility.
• Create and maintain architecture artifacts including decision logs, traceability matrices, and technical diagrams.
• Lead the design, build, and deployment of proof of concepts and pilot programs.
• Define risk mitigation activities and contingency plans to ensure project stability.
• Develop and execute test plans to validate that all requirements and security controls are met.
• Design mission enclave architectures including virtual networking, security groups, and peering automation.
• Produce technical documentation and artifacts suitable for Authorizing Official review and ATO processes.

What we're looking for

• Must have an active U.S. Government TOP SECRET/SCI Security Clearance.
• Master's degree in a related field and 4+ years of experience, or Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of experience, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of experience in solution architecture, cloud architecture, or systems engineering.
• 4+ years of technical sales experience.
• 4+ years of project management experience.
• Technical or Professional Certification in a domain such as Security.
• Proven experience designing and operating multi-hybrid environments across cloud and on-premises platforms.
• Strong background in DevSecOps, Azure networking, and supporting federal security requirements like ATO processes.
