What you'll do

Define systems engineering strategies to drive requirements and verification for core drone products.
Design and implement automated system-level integration tests on SITL, HITL, and hybrid testbeds.
Devise testing strategies and modalities for both system and software requirements.
Execute frequent test events ranging from in-lab simulations to full hardware-in-the-loop demonstrations.
Develop strategies to ensure compliance with industry standards such as NATO UAV and MIL-STD-882E.
Manage and accelerate cross-functional projects while resolving systemic execution issues and dependencies.
Propose technical alternatives at the architectural level to clarify priorities and ensure robust design.

What we're looking for

5+ years of experience with programming languages such as Python, C++, or Rust for analysis and simulation.
Degree in Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Computer Science, Robotics, or a related field.
Experience in safety-critical industries with software development standards, hazard analysis, and requirements-driven verification and validation.
Experience with cloud infrastructure platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for software deployment and scalability.
Proficiency in large-scale data modeling, data analysis, and visualization using tools like Palantir Foundry, Tableau, or AFSIM.
Skilled in Statistics and AI/ML.
Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. security clearance.
Experience with sensor modeling, simulation, and analysis to support system design (preferred).
