What you'll do

Lead and mentor a team of full-stack engineers building ArsenalOS applications for production planning and dashboards.
Hire and develop high-performing engineering talent to balance speed, quality, and operational excellence.
Set technical direction and architectural standards for offline-first, mobile-responsive, and edge deployment patterns.
Partner with manufacturing engineers and factory operators to translate operational needs into software requirements.
Drive delivery execution to ensure high-quality features ship on time while maintaining production stability and SLAs.
Own operational excellence including on-call rotations, incident response, and continuous reliability improvements.
Collaborate with product managers to prioritize roadmaps and make build-vs-buy decisions for manufacturing capabilities.
Deploy and operate systems in factory environments, including edge compute clusters and OT networks.

What we're looking for

8+ years of experience in software engineering building production systems.
2+ years of experience in engineering management or technical leadership roles.
Proven track record of hiring, developing, and retaining high-performing engineering teams in fast-paced environments.
Deep technical expertise in full-stack web development with hands-on experience in frontend and backend systems.
Strong technical fluency in modern software architectures, APIs, distributed systems, CI/CD, and cloud or edge infrastructure.
Experience managing teams building web applications with high availability requirements and operational constraints.
Experience managing operational excellence including on-call rotations, incident response, and maintaining production system reliability.
Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
U.S. Person status is required to access export-controlled data.
Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or OT-adjacent domains (preferred).
Background managing teams building offline-capable applications or software for network-constrained environments (preferred).
Experience with full-stack technologies including JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Next.js, and Node.js (preferred).
Eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance (preferred).
