What you'll do

Own and deliver features for Forge, Anduril’s production platform.
Contribute high-quality code and write tests to improve team applications.
Leverage frontier AI tooling for development and contribute to the local Forge harness.
Partner with the factory floor to enable high-rate builds of products like Roadrunner and Fury.
Participate in an on-call rotation to provide support for the production floor.
Translate complex manufacturing challenges into elegant software solutions.
Analyze manufacturing data to drive industry-changing improvements in production processes.

What we're looking for

5+ years of experience in a software engineering role building products, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
Deep expertise in one or more portions of full stack web development, such as backend, frontend, or integration.
Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical degree.
Experience working with large enterprise applications and platforms with high availability requirements.
Proficiency with web-based technologies including Javascript, React, Typescript, and frameworks like React or NextJS.
US Citizenship is required to access export controlled data.
Experience in hyper growth startup-like environments with success in scaling software development processes (preferred).
Understanding of industrial acronyms such as ERP, MES, WMS, and CRM (preferred).
Eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Top Secret Security clearance (preferred).
Experience in manufacturing industries with hands-on experience on assembly lines (preferred).
