The Senior Software Product Manager, ArsenalOS Quality joins the team to own the Forge Portal, a net-new platform designed for external stakeholders like suppliers, partners, and auditors. This zero-to-one role involves building the product from initial vision through MVP and scaled adoption to replace fragmented tools with a seamless operating environment. The manager will define the product strategy, roadmap, and integration plans between quality systems and adjacent platforms such as MES, ERP, PLM, and sustainment. Key responsibilities include managing cross-functional engineering teams, defining security protocols for authentication, and leveraging AI and modern tooling to automate workflows and triage exceptions. The role addresses the complex problem of connecting quality execution to manufacturing and supply chain operations in a high-complexity physical product environment, ensuring data flows accurately between diverse stakeholders while accelerating the delivery of critical technology.
Define and own the product strategy, roadmap, and vision for the Forge Portal platform.
Build the Forge Portal from the ground up, moving from initial concept through MVP to scaled adoption.
Integrate quality workflows into a unified operating environment by collaborating with manufacturing, supply chain, and engineering teams.
Develop integration strategies between quality systems and adjacent platforms like MES, ERP, and PLM.
Coordinate with security engineering to establish authentication and access controls for external stakeholders.
Utilize AI and modern tooling to accelerate prototyping, requirement generation, and automated workflow development.
Establish metrics and feedback loops to measure business outcomes such as escape rates and supplier response times.
Manage the full product lifecycle including prioritization, scope, trade-offs, and release planning for a cross-functional team.
What we're looking for
7+ years of experience in product management building complex enterprise or B2B platforms with multiple stakeholders and cross-organizational dependencies.
Experience building net-new products from initial vision through MVP to scaled adoption.
Experience building or managing B2B platforms where multiple organizations interact through shared workflows and data exchange.
Experience defining and shipping software that integrates with adjacent enterprise systems like ERP, MES, PLM, or procurement.
Demonstrated ability to leverage AI/ML and modern tooling to accelerate product development and create intelligent features.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for communicating with operators, engineers, and executive stakeholders.
U.S. Person status is required for access to export-controlled data.
Experience in manufacturing, aerospace, defense, or multi-tenant portal architectures (preferred).
