What you'll do

Assess software gaps and classify requirements to align business expectations with existing products.
Create user stories and convert high-level designs into detailed functional logic and mock screens.
Develop minimalistic, scalable, and high-availability code using Java and Spring Boot.
Build scripts to automate repetitive tasks within CI/CD pipelines and testing processes.
Implement telemetry features and ensure security policy requirements are applied during development.
Identify, create, and execute test cases to detect defects and perform regression testing.
Troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and conduct complex maintenance procedures for applications.
Analyze application logs and performance metrics to provide data-driven insights and re-engineering.

What we're looking for

Hold a Master's degree in a related field with 1 year of software engineering experience, or a Bachelor's degree with 3 years of experience.
Experience designing and implementing scalable RESTful APIs and microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
Experience with object-oriented programming and backend development using Java.
Experience with distributed systems design, scalability, and performance optimization.
Experience with requirement analysis, user story creation, and functional and non-functional requirement understanding.
Experience with messaging systems and asynchronous processing using Kafka and queues.
Experience with multithreading, concurrency, and parallel processing for high-performance systems.
Experience with software design patterns, CI/CD pipelines, Cloud platforms (GCP, Kubernetes, AWS), and testing methodologies.
