What you'll do

Lead engineering projects by providing technical direction, identifying solutions, and performing design and code reviews.
Troubleshoot production issues by performing root cause analysis and formulating action plans for resolution.
Translate business requirements into technical solutions and write production-ready code.
Build and monitor real-time and batch data pipelines using Spark, Scala, Java, Python, Kafka, and Airflow.
Create RESTful APIs and design highly available, fault-tolerant, and scalable infrastructure.
Develop user interfaces using frontend technologies like Javascript, ReactJS, and NodeJS.
Design analytical dashboards and reports using Tableau, Qlikview, and PL/SQL querying.
Manage production deployments and code versioning using ServiceNow, GitHub, and Concord.

What we're looking for

Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field plus 2 years of software engineering experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field plus 5 years of software engineering experience.
Experience building and monitoring real-time and batch data pipelines using Spark, Scala, Java, Python, Kafka, Airflow, and Hive.
Experience creating RESTful APIs using Python, Scala, and MySQL.
Experience with cloud computing, Tableau, Qlikview, and PL/SQL querying using Oracle or BigQuery.
Experience designing UIs using Javascript, ReactJS, and NodeJS.
Experience with production deployment via Service Now and versioning using GitHub, Concord, or SVN.
Experience with resource and time management using JIRA or Confluence.
