What we're looking for
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field and 4+ years of engineering experience with coding in languages like C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
Ability to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check.
6+ years of software design and development experience using one or more programming languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, or Python (preferred).
Experience applying AI technologies to real-world software solutions, engineering workflows, or process transformation (preferred).
Proficiency in software design, debugging, and problem-solving skills (preferred).
Experience designing for reliability, testing, measurement, and operational quality throughout the software development lifecycle (preferred).
Ability to navigate ambiguity, balance competing priorities, and drive projects from concept through delivery (preferred).
Effective communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to influence technical decisions and mentor engineers (preferred).
