What you'll do

Shape and drive the AI for Developers strategy from initial ideation through final shipping.
Make pragmatic architectural and technical decisions that balance ambitious goals with long-term operability.
Monitor the evolving AI tooling landscape to integrate new technologies into developer products.
Serve as a consultant and coach to help internal teams adopt AI capabilities in their workflows.

What we're looking for

7+ years of industry experience or equivalent depth of expertise.
Experience building developer infrastructure, tooling, or platforms at scale.
Hands-on experience applying AI technologies to real-world software development challenges.
Proficiency in one or more of Go, Python, TypeScript, or Kotlin.
A track record of quickly ramping up in new domains, technologies, and languages.
Demonstrated success partnering cross-functionally with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree or equivalent experience.
