Experience building internal infrastructure, specifically in event logging and observability.
Demonstrated ability to influence engineering strategy and shape technical priorities across a large organization.
Experience mentoring and growing engineers while driving best practices for software development.
Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
Ability to develop solutions to ambiguous problems and work outside of your usual comfort zone.
