What we're looking for

  • Proven experience as a senior software engineer building and operating production systems at scale.
  • Hands-on experience shipping LLM-powered features or integrating foundation model APIs into live products.
  • Experience owning services end-to-end, including CI/CD, automated testing, observability, and on-call participation.
  • Proficiency in Golang, Python, or TypeScript.
  • Ability to leverage AI development tools like Copilot, Cursor, or Claude to increase velocity.
  • Preferred 5 to 8+ years of industry experience.
  • Experience with RAG, vector search, embedding systems, and conversational agents.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), containers (Docker), Kubernetes, and distributed systems like Kafka.
