What you'll do

  • Design, configure, and maintain Oracle EPM Planning modules including Financials, Workforce, and Capital.
  • Develop and maintain business rules and calculation scripts using Groovy Scripting.
  • Support data flows between AWS data warehouse, Oracle ERP Cloud, and Workday.
  • Build and deploy AI agents and automated workflows to streamline FP&A processes.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable Oracle EPM and AI-enabled solutions.
  • Automate manual offline models to reduce forecast cycle time and improve accuracy.
  • Build and maintain reports using EPM Reports and support users with Smart View analysis.
  • Manage the monthly Oracle patch cycle, including regression testing and impact analysis.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Hyperion/EPM, including at least 2 years in EPM Cloud.
  • 3+ years of experience supporting finance functions such as FP&A, Accounting, Treasury, or Tax with solid financial statement literacy.
  • Hands-on experience building AI automation and AI agents using tools like Claude, Gemini, or GPT.
  • Proficiency in Groovy scripting for data and forecast modeling.
  • Proficiency in SQL for data validation, pipeline troubleshooting, and ad-hoc analysis.
  • Experience supporting integrations between Oracle EPM and ERP via OIC or equivalent middleware.
  • Experience operating data orchestration and ETL/ELT pipelines, including monitoring workflow health and managing failed tasks.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to document technical processes for non-technical audiences.
