What we're looking for

Track record of owning shipped features from problem definition through release and post-release iteration.
Experience gathering requirements directly from users through interviews, usability sessions, or as a primary engineering contact.
Regular use of agentic AI coding tools with the ability to critically review, verify, and debug AI-generated code.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills across diverse teams and technologies.
Experience in areas such as engineering practices, developer productivity tooling, Apple frameworks, or observability (preferred).
