You will also work with vector search, RAG systems, Kubernetes, Docker, and GCP to solve complex 3D geometry and sensor modeling problems.

What you'll do

Build and deploy applied AI/ML solutions to support simulation workflows and mission-critical engineering use cases.
Develop robust, high-performance inference pipelines for multimodal GenAI and 3D reconstruction models.
Fine-tune, adapt, optimize, and evaluate foundation models for production use.
Integrate AI models into simulation pipelines, robotics systems, or AV perception stacks.
Lead projects end-to-end from early research exploration and rapid prototyping to shipping production systems.
Implement vector search, RAG systems, and embedding pipelines.
Define system architecture and lead multi-quarter technical initiatives.

What we're looking for

Master’s degree required in CS, Robotics, EE, or related fields.
PhD preferred in CS, Robotics, EE, or related fields.
5+ years of applied ML/AI engineering experience.
2+ years of experience delivering production AI systems at scale.
Deep knowledge of at least one modern multimodal or 3D computer vision pipeline (e.g., NeRF, Gaussian Splatting).
Strong programming skills in Python and experience with libraries like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or HuggingFace.
Solid understanding of ML fundamentals including data preprocessing, training pipelines, and model performance optimization.
Proven ability to lead projects end-to-end with minimal guidance.
