Senior Software Engineer, SDLC Analytics

What you'll do

• Engineer unified schemas and data models representing SDLC entities across multiple platforms.
• Design and build reliable data pipelines to ingest events from source control, build systems, and deployment services.
• Architect scalable database solutions for time-series storage, dimensional modeling, and historical analysis.
• Implement real-time streaming and API-based data access patterns using Kafka and other technologies.
• Develop analytics capabilities to measure engineering effectiveness through DORA metrics.
• Build custom analytics tools and visualizations to identify bottlenecks and improve development workflows.
• Maintain production-grade infrastructure including versioning, testing, CI/CD, and operational runbooks.

What we're looking for

• Minimum 4 years of relevant industry experience.
• Strong software engineering foundation with experience building and operating production data systems.
• Proven track record of designing, shipping, and maintaining data-intensive products end-to-end.
• Deep expertise in data modeling, including time-series and dimensional modeling approaches.
• Hands-on experience with event streaming platforms like Kafka and pipeline orchestration frameworks like Airflow or Spark.
• Proficiency in Java and strong SQL skills for data modeling and pipeline development.
• Solid understanding of database technologies for both operational and analytical workloads.
• BS in Computer Science, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
