What you'll do

Design, build, and maintain release infrastructure for deployment pipelines and incident workflows.
Drive technical strategy for scalable, reliable, and secure observability systems.
Identify and deliver improvements to reduce risk and cycle time in the end-to-end release process.
Build and evolve tooling for fast detection, triage, and resolution of incidents.
Proactively identify and mitigate risks in release and infrastructure stack.
Define and monitor key metrics for release engineering to guide continuous improvement.

What we're looking for

7+ years designing and operating backend or infrastructure systems in production
Proficiency in backend programming languages with reliability focus (Go, Java, Python)
Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and release automation tools
Experience architecting scalable distributed systems on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP)
Deep familiarity with containerization, orchestration, and infrastructure-as-code tools
Strong understanding of observability tooling and SRE practices including SLIs/SLOs
Proven track record improving release processes for reliability and efficiency
