What you'll do

  • Design and maintain internal Release Platform services to enable automated and scalable software delivery workflows.
  • Develop and enhance CI/CD pipelines and GitOps workflows using Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.
  • Create policy-as-code governance frameworks using Open Policy Agent to enforce deployment rules and compliance.
  • Build self-service capabilities for developers, including standardized deployment workflows and configuration automation.
  • Implement observability best practices such as monitoring, logging, and tracing to improve pipeline visibility.
  • Execute advanced deployment patterns like blue/green, canary, and rolling updates with fail-safe rollback mechanisms.
  • Mentor junior engineers and perform code reviews to promote engineering excellence across the team.
  • Integrate open-source technologies to enhance platform reliability and developer productivity.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience developing internal developer platforms and DevOps tooling for large-scale organizations.
  • Expertise in Python, Golang (Go), .NET, TypeScript, and React for building platform services and automation tools.
  • Deep experience with Kubernetes including namespace management, service discovery, network policies, and service mesh.
  • Proficiency with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or other CI/CD platforms and GitOps workflows.
  • Experience implementing Policy as Code frameworks using Open Policy Agent (OPA) and Rego.
  • Knowledge of cloud networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, load balancing, and ingress controllers.
  • Experience in multi-cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP) with a focus on containerized deployments.
