What you'll do

Design, build, test, and operate backend platform components, APIs, SDKs, and integration frameworks.
Manage the evolution of contract versioning and interoperability for secure, multi-tenant platform services.
Diagnose and resolve complex issues across distributed services while providing compatibility-safe fixes.
Improve system availability, performance, and capacity through monitoring, logging, and automation.
Review designs and code to guide internal teams in adopting platform capabilities.
Create high-quality technical documentation, samples, and operational guidance for platform consumers.
Participate in incident investigation and root-cause follow-up for continuous service improvement.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
4+ years of professional software-development experience (fewer years accepted for advanced degree holders).
Proficiency in at least one object-oriented or systems programming language such as Java, C++, C#, or Go.
Experience designing and building backend services, APIs, microservices, SDKs, or developer-facing platform capabilities.
Understanding of distributed-systems fundamentals, data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, and secure software-development practices.
Experience with API design, integration, versioning, testing, source control, and production troubleshooting.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills with a demonstrated sense of ownership.
Experience with cloud services, RESTful APIs, containers, observability, or multi-tenant service design (preferred).
