What we're looking for

5+ years of experience in a hands-on software engineering role.
Experience leading design, implementation, and deployment of one or more high scale, cross-functional payment systems.
Technical leadership experience including setting technical direction, strategy, and mentoring engineers.
Proven experience defining product/technical strategy and driving alignment with cross-functional leaders and stakeholders.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to drive initiatives across teams and departments.
Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in CS or equivalent experience.
1+ years of relevant industry experience in Payments or Fintech as a backend software engineer (preferred).
