What we're looking for

  • 15+ years of technical experience with at least 10 years in a fast-paced tech environment.
  • Knowledge of Regulatory Compliance standards including AML, KYC, and sanctions screening.
  • Proven track record of setting technical direction and architectural strategy for large engineering organizations.
  • Experience designing systems across multiple teams with a focus on cohesion and long-term maintainability.
  • Proficiency in at least one back-end server language such as Java, Ruby, Go, or C++.
  • Deep understanding of architectural patterns for high-scale web and data applications.
  • Ability to influence senior technical and non-technical stakeholders across the company.
  • BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent work experience.
