What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field and 4+ years of technical engineering experience in languages like C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
Master's degree and 6+ years of experience, or a Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience is preferred.
Ability to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check every two years.
Experience building large-scale distributed systems, backend services, or data infrastructure for at least 5 years.
Experience with large-scale data processing frameworks like Spark or SQL-based pipelines on cloud platforms like Azure.
Knowledge of secure data processing, encryption, identity management, and access control.
Experience in advertising measurement, attribution, lift modeling, or privacy-preserving analytics.
Familiarity with privacy-enhancing technologies, consent management, and high-scale measurement systems.
