What you'll do

Design and develop secure, scalable Java/Spring Boot microservices and APIs for a global B2B platform.
Translate business and product requirements into maintainable technical solutions and system architectures.
Integrate services across Angular applications, databases, and third-party systems using efficient SQL solutions.
Utilize AI-assisted development tools to accelerate coding, testing, debugging, and documentation processes.
Implement enterprise security patterns including authentication, authorization, encryption, and secrets management.
Apply 12-factor application principles and cloud-native practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
Troubleshoot complex production issues and mentor engineers on technical best practices and high-quality engineering.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
Extensive experience designing and developing Java applications, Spring Boot services, RESTful APIs, and microservices in enterprise environments.
Strong understanding of microservice architecture, distributed systems, API design, and cloud-native development practices.
Experience using AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and software quality across the software development lifecycle.
Strong SQL and database development skills with technologies such as PostgreSQL or Oracle for high-volume transactional systems.
Strong knowledge of enterprise application security, including OAuth, mutual TLS, authorization, payload encryption, and secrets management.
Experience diagnosing and improving application performance, scalability, reliability, and resiliency in production environments.
Experience in commercial card, B2B payments, payments technology, or corporate banking space (preferred).
