What you'll do

Design, build, and maintain production web applications using React, TypeScript, C#, .NET, and SQL.
Lead the development of AI-enabled features by integrating LLM capabilities into business workflows and user experiences.
Implement LLM integration patterns including prompt orchestration, structured outputs, tool calling, and safety guardrails.
Analyze technical requirements to design scalable components, services, and web pages that meet performance and availability standards.
Apply SOLID principles and software design patterns to create reusable, well-tested, and secure application software.
Mentor engineers on modern development practices, AI-assisted workflows, code quality, and testing strategies.
Create comprehensive unit, integration, and functional test coverage for all owned software and AI features.
Develop and maintain SQL database scripts and application data access patterns for product features.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited, in-person, not-for-profit university or college.
6+ years of professional software development experience in production environments.
Hands-on experience with React, TypeScript, JavaScript ES6+, C#, .NET, and SQL.
Practical experience using AI-assisted development tools and workflows to improve engineering productivity.
Experience integrating LLM APIs or AI services into application code, including prompt design and production monitoring.
Experience with software testing practices such as unit, integration, functional, regression, and performance testing.
Demonstrated knowledge of SOLID principles, design patterns, API design, and scalable application architecture.
Experience with Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and automated quality gates (preferred).
