As a Senior Software Engineer II, Developer Experience, you will join the Infrastructure organization's DevEx team to remove friction from the software delivery lifecycle. What you'll do

Build MCP servers, agents, and plugin infrastructure for the company's AI-native development platform.
Design and ship specialized agents to solve specific developer problems across the software delivery lifecycle.

Develop the underlying infrastructure that supports internal AI tooling for other engineers.

Manage GitHub governance and internal tooling across hundreds of repositories.

What we're looking for

8+ years of experience in platform, backend, or fullstack engineering.
Proven experience shipping production LLM systems including MCP servers, agents, and AI extensions.
Proficiency in Python or Java.
Experience with CI/CD tooling such as CircleCI, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, Jenkins, and Docker.
Expertise in cloud-native technologies including AWS, Terraform, and Kubernetes.
Familiarity with secrets management tools like Vault or Cloudsmith is preferred.
Ability to design secure developer tooling considering least-privilege and supply chain risks.
Ability to break down ambiguous problems and deliver results with minimal guidance.
