What you'll do

Develop high-quality software using Java, Python, React JS, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
Translate business requirements into technical designs and architectural specifications.
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines across different environments.
Troubleshoot production issues and ensure adherence to security best practices.
Provide technical leadership to developers on data design, coding, and testing.
Conduct code reviews and participate in technical design sessions for multiple projects.
Provide project estimates and recommend scope changes based on team capacity.
Guide junior associates through established development processes and standards.

What we're looking for

5-7+ years of experience with commercial software architectures at both a software and infrastructure level.
Hands-on coding experience in Java/J2EE, AWS, PL/SQL, Python, React JS, Spring Boot, Microservices, Kafka, and Mobile native App development.
Functional skills in Application Development Life Cycle, Agile Development, System Design, Architecture, and DevOps/Deployment automation.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical designs and align technical roadmaps with business strategy.
Knowledge of software design patterns such as Micro-services and Layered patterns.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field (preferred).
Proven track record in developing base frameworks, reusable programs, and defining standards (preferred).
Familiarity with front-end technologies, AI/ML techniques, and version control systems like Git (preferred).
