What we're looking for

A Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field and 3 years of software engineering experience.
Alternatively, 5 years of experience in software engineering or a related area is acceptable.
A Master's degree in a relevant technical field and 1 year of experience is preferred.
Proven expertise in object-oriented programming and documentation-based coding practices.
Experience integrating AI/ML components and leveraging generative AI tools to enhance software solutions.
Proficiency in the software development lifecycle, including CI/CD, automated testing, and observability.
Ability to design scalable, secure, and maintainable software while performing code reviews and debugging.
Knowledge of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards and assistive technologies is preferred.
