The (USA) Senior, Software Engineer joins the Colony Platform team within the AI & Data organization. This role focuses on building a platform-first ecosystem that centralizes enterprise data and provides an AI control plane for engineers and data scientists. You will analyze business requirements to design and build scalable, secure software solutions that integrate data, content, applications, and AI tools. What we're looking for

Strong knowledge of software design patterns, solution architecture, and scalable distributed systems.
Experience in Cloud technologies.
Experience in agile, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines and automation scripting.
Master’s degree in a related field and 1 year of experience (preferred).
Knowledge of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards and assistive technologies (preferred).
