What you'll do

Build full-stack web applications for production planning, work assignment, and team-lead operational dashboards.
Develop offline-capable and mobile-friendly interfaces for use in network-constrained factory environments.
Design and implement robust offline-first architectures using service workers, local storage, and background sync.
Architect and implement data synchronization strategies to maintain integrity between edge devices and backend systems.
Deploy and operate software systems across factory environments, including edge compute clusters and OT networks.
Own manufacturing software requirements end-to-end and make build-vs-extend decisions for new features.
Participate in an on-call rotation to support production factory systems.
Set technical direction and mentor junior engineers on building resilient manufacturing software.

What we're looking for

8+ years of experience in a software engineering role building production systems.
Deep expertise in full-stack web development, including frontend and backend systems.
Proficiency with JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, and modern web frameworks.
Experience building offline-capable web applications using service workers, IndexedDB, local storage, and PWA patterns.
Experience building systems for high availability, low latency, or constrained environments.
Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
U.S. Person status is required to access export-controlled data.
Eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance (preferred).
