What we're looking for
Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Must possess an active clearance or have the ability to obtain/maintain high-level government security clearances (Secret, Top Secret, or SCI).
5+ years of experience in software engineering shipping enterprise cloud software.
Hands-on coding expertise in Java, Python, or TypeScript with experience in REST/gRPC APIs and UI automation tools like Playwright or Selenium.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines (CircleCI or equivalent), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and major cloud platforms.
Proven ability to apply AI meaningfully across the software development lifecycle and establish AI-driven team practices.
Expertise in designing scalable backend architectures, integrating complex APIs, and implementing web authentication/authorization fundamentals.
Experience with federal infrastructure, air-gapped systems, or compliance frameworks like FedRAMP (preferred); experience in Identity Governance and Access Management (preferred).
