What we're looking for

Influence technical direction across team boundaries through architecture, mentorship, or platform APIs.
Design safety, observability, and automation for production systems, including rollback paths and health signals.

Communicate effectively through written and verbal documentation, including RFCs and design reviews.
8+ years of hands-on software engineering experience owning architecture for complex, distributed, production-critical systems (preferred).
Export control laws, including the U.S. Export Administration Regulations.
