What you'll do

Design and implement scalable components for distributed systems using distributed state management tools.
Build fault-tolerant paths by implementing redundancy, replication, automatic failover, retries, and circuit breakers.
Develop and execute performance, load, and fault-injection tests to ensure system correctness and scalability.
Create dashboards, telemetry systems, and automated alerts to proactively monitor and detect component failures.
Diagnose and resolve production issues while authoring runbooks and participating in incident response and root cause analysis.
Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation scripts for troubleshooting, maintenance, and cloud infrastructure management.
Apply advanced security controls including encryption and access management to protect multi-tenant environments.
Implement data replication and synchronization techniques to maintain high availability and data integrity.

What we're looking for

Applicants must be able to read, write, and speak English.
3 to 5+ years of experience is required.
Proficiency in Java is required.
